The experience was good overall. Bob was super helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Bob showed us the car and answered any questions we might have had. He is awesome and I will call him if I need another Honda. On the other hand, Hafeez Gauba the sales manager isn't much of a people person. When we negotiated the car he didn't try and sell us on it or make a deal. He had a take-it-or-leave-it attitude and I feel that is the wrong approach when you are in sales. Hafeez should have tried to show us the value we were getting when buying from David McDavid and he failed to do that letting us walk out the door. Hafeez felt cold and had an I don't care attitude. Bob on the other hand was warm and let us know if we changed our minds we can call him. Hafeez needs to do better when dealing with customers I understand it is a tough business and you need to move units but you will do a better job if you engage the customer.

Quickly came to a deal once the sales team and manager understood we are serious about purchasing a vehicle.
