i would have appreciated if more details has been share for why additional services has been suggested. what are implication if i am not doing that today. that was missing.i need correct to your associate that cabin air filter is change a day before, then they decided it does not need change. why they has suggested to me change in first place?my car was not washed. i need to ask for it to be washed. then your auto car wash was a joke. it very very poor. it did not even remove simple dirt from car.
