Alan Arias was great to work with. He was straightforward with us regarding pricing and didn't waste our time. I did not feel pressured to buy and was able to get what I wanted. I look forward to working again with Alan on any future purchases. When my car arrived, Alan made sure everything was ready and made the pick up a great experience.Finance was a different story. We were initially quoted a low APR to begin with without any add-ons. During the discussions, we were misled into thinking the additional package we wanted was only 800. When the documents were printed, we saw that it was about 3k, we asked for an explanation and decided to not go forward with the package. Afterwards, the APR shot up to 5%. When asked why did it increase, she said that's what they offered, and that we could refinance after the first payment when I asked if we could at least match my pre-financed offer. At this point I was tired and just decided I would pay off the loan myself after the first payment due to the sudden apr change. It was not a good closing experience.
