check in was easy and quick. 10% discount offered for appointments at the 1 o'clock hour is niceexcellent communication from the service advisorit took about an hour wait before i received the recommendationsanother hour after i approved the recommendations before my car is ready for pick i was pleased with the wait time.the remodel of the customer service / waiting area is beautful. so clean and open.lots of space with desk tops and plenty of outlets for laptops and also usb plug ins.closed off area for kid's. coffee machine and bottled water availablea vending area lots of chairs clean restrooms. all areas are appreciatedi was thankful that my car had a wash even though it wasn't the best. it still had dirty spots all over it but it was a nice gesture better than nothing in my opinion.i had a good conversation with my service advisor about pricing. i had recently had an alternator put in by a different shop so we discussed that and compared prices and i left knowing that the price the dealership charges is comparable to what the other shop charged. (when i got home i actually realized the dealership would've been less expensive a better deal).still i had a good feeling that i would bring my car back to the dealer over another shop.the most disappointing of the whole experience was after i drove off finding that the three or four dollars that were my dash console we're gone. in the end it's three or four dollars not a big deal but still disappointing to know that it happened and notable to myself not to leave anything of v
