wonderful! the service waiting room was very nice and so clean. comfortable chairs to wait in. my service advisor melanie was so professional and pleasant. i got an oil change and tire rotation and it took way less time than i thought. i appreciated the hot drinks available. one thing that really stuck out for me was the appearance of the staff. everyone looked very neat and put together. not a bunch of slobs. it makes such a difference in your perception of the type of service you are getting when everyone presents themselves well. i could not have had a better experience.
