efficient service

always very good service from mcdavid honda in frisco

my sales agent worked with me to find a suitable car. the finance department was patient with me while i thought about my options. the reason i rated it a 4 is because i wasn't given a sufficient test drive. six days after purchase my car started shaking on the highway and i am bringing it back to the dealership for service.

Both the Salesman and Finance guy were both amazing! Would definitely recommend them to others!

Absolutely love this location. My service coordinator Tim always listens and provides a feasible solution

Allan was very helpful in getting CRV

dealing with jay as my service tech made this service visit a little more enjoyable and less traumatic. came in for a recall repair and an electrical issue, which wasn't going to be diagnosed in reasonable amount of time, so jay offered a loaner car, which was very much appreciated. the diagnostic report that came back was a little more shocking, due to big repair items that were not anticipated. we have an extended warranty and jay worked diligently to try and get as much of the repairs covered as possible. his work paid off. 😊 really appreciate jay's communication with me and his willingness to help. will definitely call on jay again when needed! 🤩
