zack was great. didn't pressure at all. let us think out loud and answered all questions. even when we bounced around on different vehicles. loved the straight forward pricing. dealt with another local honda dealer that showed one price online and then had mandatory dealer add on package that you had to buy when you showed up...even if you didn't want it! zack was upfront and open about the market and pricing. his patience with us was excellent.finance team (christina?) was very pleasant and easy to work with. helped us get where we wanted to be.the only note i would give is the lack of information regarding the service and warranty contracts we purchased. all we were given with our documents was the vague overview brochures. i would have liked to had more details regarding terms and conditions.final thought..who do i contact with service and warranty questions at your dealership? i just want to make sure i have a proper understanding of the contracts.
