everything was very good. the only issue i had was when the car was brought up, and i got ready to drive away there was a plastic cap on the dashboard. i had to go back in to the service advisor and he came out and put it on the filter cover. other than that excellent

the overall experience was good. the only issue i had was at the arrival of my appointment. there were several, non busy gentlemen standing around, i'm sure waiting for other appointments. they took my info, said someone would be with me. i sat there for 10 minutes without ever talking to anyone. finally sergio arrived to help me. my experience from then on was uneventful. sergio was very helpful.

everything great except for finding a nail in the tire (much appreciated). however told it was irrepairable and new tire would be $175. tire only 3 months old with warranty from discount tire so took it there and it was repaired in 10 minutes.
