it was quick and easy and painless.

everyone was courteous and professional. i thought i had a problem with my previous visit but it was a misunderstanding and was not a problem after all.

it was amazing. above and beyond and actually effective. i was serviced by melanie flowers and she made my experience a memorable one. i haven't had good service from any of the male employees at honda and it sucks because they just want to get paid and not actually help the customer. they care too much about their self evaluation score more than anything. it's horrible customer service from them. but not with ms. flowers, she was very patient, kind, and helpful. because of her i'm going to continue getting service here but only with her and no one else. at the end of my appointment she walked me to my car and informed me that i could get a free car wash with no charge if i pull up to the valet. i've been getting my car serviced at honda for 2 years now and not one of the employees told me that...ever. it was very surprising and kind of disappointing that the male employees here treat women customers unfair and perform very poor customer service. but once again, melanie was amazing + give her a promotion!

personnel were competent and friendly.
