quick and easy

my experience was terrible. i was at the dealership all day. the finance department didn't tell the complete truth about my credit history. they tried to say i was 3-4 months behind on a current open car loan, when that was something from 3 years ago. i went in with a pre-approval letter and the salesman told me i needed to fill out another credit report to get a interest rate, then they proceeded to run my credit illegally, without my consent, 10 different time. i specifically told them not to run my credit and that i would only use the creditor i was pre-approved for. then proceeded to get the run-around from the finance department about contacting to get the hard inquiries removed.
