the service team at your dealership is top notch. i didn't have an appointment, but still, ms cheryl kennedy made me a priority. the service was done quickly and efficiently and i had no idea where the time went!

sales person sam was friendly, attentive and courteous.however, the dealership policy of charging $799 for the protection package that costs $273 is outrageous (see cost on honda usa website).

kelvin is super nice and approachable. while my service took a little longer than anticipated (almost 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation) he kept me updated and informed. apologized for the length of time.
