Melanie was professional and knowledgeable. I’m thankful she assisted me again. It’s exceptional customer service that she and the Honda team that will keep me coming back. She caught an error that another rep accidentally made, where I didn’t need a certain service yet (for my type of van) but then pointed out other services I did need. I appreciate her extra efforts to look into things to make sure the customer is satisfied while also ensuring the car is well maintained.
