Terrence Mayberry is so great. I’ve been in contact with him for months asking occasionally about lease options and deals. He never pestered me nor did I feel pressured. And when I decided to proceed, knowing how much I dislike the whole car buying process and with my crazy schedule, he worked to get as much done ahead of time.On the other hand, Hyundai texted and called me multiple times a day. I couldn’t stand it. You can credit Terrance for knowing his customer and the best communication method and frequency. A very important sales skill that’s often overlooked.
