my service agent keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. the amount of time worked on the vehicle was adequate. i'm not satisfied with how long the inspection for my vehicle took.

the service in the car was fine.my service advisor was not that great.i believe his customer service could be better

I have bought alot of cars through the years and this was the easiest process I have ever experienced. I found it online, got approved online, went up there for a test drive and you put my trade in into your system, negotiated briefly, then I went back the evening of and picked it up. Great experience!!!

the experience was great - very professional, friendly, kept me up-to-date and nice area to wait. sergio was my service coordinator and he did an outstanding job. i am very appreciative.

i brought my car in because the parking light kept going on. i did not have an appt because of my erratic work schedule. susan took good care of me and got a quick diagnosis. they had to order a part, but got me in early the next day to fix it.
