sergio was very helpful and explained anything i had questions about. he went above and beyond. my only complaint was i had a 1:30 appointment and they didn't start on my car until after 2:30

it was good. someone was there to acknowledge my presence and advisor spoke to me and noted down things i needed. also i was sent a text with the progress and important things needed during their inspection with reason and pictures. based on my approval they finished and informed my when my vehicle was ready. everyone was polite and helpful throughout the process.

i don't think an oil change should take two hours with an appointment. otherwise it was fine

ashton helped me, he was extremely friendly and made me feel at home and comfortable throughout the whole process. when it got a little stressful while waiting to be approved, the whole team was there to support me and help out in any way possible. i'll definitely have ashton help me in the future when wanting to look into getting any new cars.
