i was in & out in 30 minutes. i had a battery gone bad on my 2019 crv. i didn't catch the man's name who waited on me. i think he might have been new because he wasn't totally familiar with your procedures. the warranty guy told him to test it & verify battery was dead. he did & then he put a new one in himself. great guy & for what it's worth, you're lucky to have him in your employ.
