our visit was not the greatest at first. there was too much discussion on a special item that was purchased with the car. y'all installed heat and ac seats to my honda pilot that stopped working and found that installation was very shabby. after more than 5 calls and a week. it was decided y'all would go to a vendor and get them fixed. so final answer it turned out fine but really cringe every time i have to ask for warranty on service
