i arrived and was promptly meet by cheryl. she quoted be about 2 hours and that is what it took. no complaints she did a good job explaining my maintenance package as well as what needed to be done on my vehicle

cheryl was a very straight forward advisor. she told me 100k service required timing belt work; but then checked history in the computer and told it had been fixed at 86k. the she told me about brake fluid flush.. and recommended i get it done which i did.one suggestion i have is that i received a marketing post mail to home a few weeks ago that oil change was $29.99 but at the dealer i was charged $71 since the coupon was not with me. it would truly be good customer service if you can integrate your marketing process with your service center

sam was great to work with. communication was good between warranty company, service advisor and me. work was completed in a reasonable time frame

having broken down on 121, i called the service department and was told i could have the car towed in, told they could diagnose the next morning (it was late afternoon when i got there), and they'd contact me in the morning. service representative (sergio) was prompt and attentive, communicative and kind. the whole experience was very good!
