excellent service, well appointed waiting area, perfect handling of my key fob battery replacement need, text updates on findings during multipoint inspection. only area of concern for me - i have purchased 2019 honda crv from mcdavid honda in dec 2019. vehicle has only 13k miles on it. and i was told that in next visit i may have to replace my tires. i want to know how in the world a new factory fitted tires can be worn out within 13k miles? didnt get convincing answer on this query.

I brought the vehicle in at the scheduled appointment time of 10:15. The inspection took longer than expected and a needed repair (a new starter) could have extended the appointment into a second day. However, the service technician completed the job by the end of the afternoon on the same day which made me a happy camper.
