i had several repairs done to my car and i spent over $1,600 on the repairs. however, i don't think one of the repairs was done/completed and i tried reaching out to my service advisor (melanie flowers) to discuss the matter but never was able to get her on the phone. i left several messages but she never called me back. i will be bringing my car back up there tomorrow (1/10/22) to get this issue resolved
