the people were great. i was able to get a loaner car which is a huge plus for me. everything was done timely. when i returned the loaner to get my car, i had some heavy things in the backseat. i had knee surgery 2 days before & was hobbling around so the man taking the loaner immediately offered to both bring my car closer & move all the things for me.
