Great experience

Was a wonderful experience and Mike was so great!

we recently purchased vehicle (2 weeks with less than 60 miles driven) rear brakes were making loud sound when in reverse. made appt online. when pulled in waited for advisor. when explained we just bought car and concern for sound he never looked up from his touch pad. never acknowledged or looked me in the eye as if couldn't hear me or was not interested in the fact that we just purchased vehicle. very odd. my husband was there as well and he commented to me when we got in car that advisor was oddly all business. i do business at other dealer service operations and folks are always very welcoming with a greeting and certainly at least express interest in understanding our issue or concern.

joe sims, i believe that was his name - was the guy who helped me out. made everything easy and let me know all the details i requested. the van was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and the loaner vehicle provided was good.
