i was looking for a vw cc that was on the website and the first person we spoke to didn't seem to know about the car, but the second person i talked to knew about it and got it ready for a test drive... after that, we decided to go through with getting the car right there, but it had a check engine light on, so the dealership fixed that up for us and then we picked up the car today!
