Jordan Palmer did an outstanding job!!!! He was the most professional, courteous, selfless and friendly Person I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He constantly keeper me update through out the process of getting my car worked on both through text and face to face ( which is what I like the best). Not only that there was an issue about the coffee machine that I brought up to another service representative and was pretty much blown off (and that representative was always in near me and knew I had and issue) . When I told Jordan about it he took action and went above and beyond and even provided a Star Bucks coffee. Needless to say I was disappointed by the response of that other service representative:( it was a small thing but small things can make all the difference and Jordan’s selfless actions made this visit one of the best to remember. Also he is extremely knowledgeable about the problems with my Pilot and his assessment/ feedback and recommendations greatly help me make what I feel was the correct informed decision for my car!!! Do whatever you can to keep Jordan on your team He is a great asset to your team. I would suggest you look into cloning him!! Your team would be unstoppable!!

Perfect service. I received text for the report of my car and extra services need to pay attention to. It is so good to receive the report and pictures etc. So clear to help you to make decision. The only thing is short of shuttles that day due to the sickness. Usually there have been 4 shuttles that day only 2 so I can't get back from work place. Instead, I stayed in the waiting room and enjoy one cup of Latte. The new waiting room was good. There are plugs that you can bring your laptop. The waiting room is spacious. I am happy with that.

My courtesy advisor was awesome and scheduled a ride for me to my office so i wouldn't have to wait on the shuttle.

I had a frustrating experience back in August when I had taken my car in to be serviced. But the Service Manager was very prompt in returning my call and willing to listen to the details of my experience. He apologized and did everything he could to make it right. I brought my car back in for a Detail cleaning and everything went smoothly and my car was beautifully cleaned. Thanks to the Service Manager for giving me excellent customer service!
