This is our 3rd Honda purchase from McDavid Honda, 1 from Irving and 2 from Frisco. Service and Sales have always been excellent.

I set an appointment for a oil change, and tire rotation. I had received notice on previous visit that I also needed air filter. I asked if I could perhaps purchase the air filter from them and replace it myself, I was told “not a problem” and directed to parts. I was notified inspection recommended a front end alignment, I questioned being able to use coupon for oil change as well as coupon for alignment, again I was told “not a problem”. I had children to pick up and all service was completed around an hours time with ZERO surprises. Best Service to date!

I brought in my 2009 Honda Accord on August 9 for a routine oil change. I was alerted to the need for a brake fluid flush as well, which service I approved. Honda provided a free shuttle service home while I waited. My attendant, Mike Rowe, kept in close contact with me throughout the process, providing updates and information as needed. Mike did a great job, and it was a good experience all around.
