I was initially irritated with the fact that I scheduled an oil change and they told me the wait time was going to be 3 hours but the rep appeared to go out of his way to fix the situation and I was out of there within 45 minutes. In my mind it’s not about the mistake or issue but more so what you do to handle the situation and the rep did a great service recovery, and I would hear to say customer recovery as well. He was polite, and carried himself very well.
