Kelvin is very knowledgeable and proficient. Kelvin makes the inconvenience of having to take your car in for repair convenient. I had written down the wrong day for my appointment and showed up a day late and Kelvin made time in his schedule to get my car in and out in a timely manner. I will always take my car to David McDavid Honda for all my car repairs!

Replaced a dead battery. Service performed while we waited. Dalton Lee did a great job of communicating throughout. Car was returned fixed and even cleaned! We always have our maintenance performed at David McDavid and have always been impressed. Happy customer.

I had a great experience at David McDavid of Honda in Frisco, TX. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or certified Honda vehicle to come to Honda David McDavid of Frisco. Chris and Dravood (in finance) did a great job at making my last purchase experience flawless. And for the vehicle service department is Awesome!! I always have a good time and experience when I bring my Honda(s) in for service at Honda McDavid of Frisco. The service team is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They always help me to make the right decision for my car service. I’ve worked with a few of your service account managers lately, but Dylan Flatt and Susan was particularly great at this time! Thanks so much, Honda David-McDavid of Frisco for such a great and professional sales and service team every time!! Keep it up!!!

Great service department but I did not like the sales person texting me asking if I wanted to purchase a new vehicle since I was bringing mine in for service. I felt like my privacy was violated since anyone in the dealership can see my appointments and text me when they want to. I complained to the service manager but his response was "everyone is doing that". I call B.S. to that. I doubt I will be coming back to McDavid anymore.
