sam was a great sales person. he understood what i was looking for and helped me get out of my current lease. i am happy with my 2020 crv hybrid touring model. it has everything i was looking for.

As always, I had an excellent experience. Quick check-in. Susan kept me updated through the visit. The tech noted an issue and send recommendation with estimate of cost. Was able to get both routine service and other issue completed in the same visit. Was out the door in a little over an hour and a half.
