I thought the price promised by “Truecar” advertisement was a bit higher than what I was asked to pay. Nevertheless, I thought the negotiation process went well. Right now I am waiting for some warranty work to be done. The info center cluster needs replacing. The personnel are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Also, we love our CRV. We’ve driven it to Florida and back and love how it handles.

The service really started off really rocky. Sergio was my service advisor and he actually never came to check me in Devin (unsure of name/spelling) was the person who checked me in after waiting for 15 minutes in he bay. When I scheduled the service online, I was told I could get a loaner. However, the service advisor who checked me in shared that they usually don't give cars for this type of service but it would only take 1 hr 15 minutes. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half and the status of my vehicle had not changed at all. I called to see what the status of my car was and then walked up to Sergio's desk and he stated he did not know how long it would be. He also stated that he thought I got a ride with the shuttle. He quickly got to work on finding me a loaner car. I was quickly able to get a loaner and be on my way. About an hour later, I got a call/text that my car was ready. It was really much better after the kinks were worked out

They were super fast in completing the oil change and tire rotation. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks everyone.

Dylan helped me get my van serviced as per my request, he was very professional and provided all the care it needs, Excellent service and great performance.

The staff there was wonderful. We received timely service. Most please with the care the staff demonstrated when taking possession of our vehicle: no oil dirt on the interior and exterior was washed. Overall great experience!

My previous visit prior to this one was great. This one was meh. Although I'm extremely satisfied with the care that my car received (does not make a ticking sound anymore), the care I received was still lacking. I waited ~20min before I handed my car off and after being told my car was ready I was waiting aimlessly for ~10 until someone nice helped me find my car.
