From the scheduling of the service on the phone to receiving my car from the service center, I received excellent service. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, and then allowed me to decide if/when I wanted to address any issues. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. I will be bringing my car back here for service.

Service Advisor did an excellent job. I did not like "the system" that assumed that any scheduled service items that had been performed at other Honda dealerships were not done and sent me a text listing them among the items that needed to be done to my car when these items had already been performed by Gunn Honda in San Antonio. The message requested my approval to proceed with the work and if I had given it by text I feel you would have proceeded to perform these items again and charged me for them. I did not appreciate this assumption and procedure.

The service is great with McDavid. No waiting time if we took the appointment and be on time.

As usual, the service department at McDavid Honda did a great job! They are honest in their dealings and do not attempt to up-sell or oversell services that are not required for your vehicle. I really appreciate that and drive a little further for service on my vehicle. Keep up the good work!
