All around I had a great experience!

Everything was fine and taken care of. The car was washed but you would of never known that. Your car wash system really doesn't do a very good job. I realize that you probably feel because it's free nobody should be complaining. Trust me it's not free it's figured into McDavid's budget. I suggest you folks invest in a new wash system. I have another vehicle which I purchased at Crest. They wash the car and it looks it was washed.

Awesome customer service

I came twice to this location. The first time I was assigned to Mike Myers who gave me an excellent experience. Both days he made me feel welcomed and made the process easy. The first day I did not like my experience at all and would give the location a two star rating because of the long wait. The people within the garage kept me waiting and waiting. They need to respond quickly and not let people waiting for thirty minutes! The second day I saw that the garage was faster to respond and get me ready with one of the great managers behind the computers with people like Mike and Justin.

It could not have been better. Service was great and special thanks to Eric J Delgado for making it that way. I shall return.
