This was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, and I have purchased quite a number over the years. This was a cold call that I made to the dealership, and I was very lucky that Ed answered the phone. He was very helpful from the get-go in answering my many questions. At the dealership, he was patient with me and my daughter in helping us make up our minds as to what was the best vehicle for us. I've come to this location multiple times the past two years and have never been disappointed. When I arrive, they pull up my information and review the services due for that visit. I know in advance how much I will be paying for my service unless they detect something else to fix. Even if they do, they walk up to you and discuss the recommendations. If you're not in the facility, they will send you a text with a link that describes the additional services required. They have a very clean waiting area with plenty of space to sit 6ft apart. The service advisors are extremely polite and are patience in answering every single question you might have. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Thanks for your great service!

Devon did an excellent job of servicing my B123 appointment. He was professional in his manner, he was very knowledgeable in his explanation of the work performed, as well as in the recommended services needed.

Oil change was done quickly and efficiently.

!!! PLEASE hire more people !!! I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor was very kind and did not charge me for my services. I was very frustrated at first, but then I felt bad for the staff after he explained how understaffed they are.
