Timely service, started earlier than scheduled time. However, the service took 2 hours and the wash was done sloppily

Our resent experience at McDavid Honda in Frisco, was Excellent as always. We were able to get our car serviced on short notice and the service was completed in a timely manner. Dylan notified us that one of our tires needed to be replaced and is was able to be replaced quickly. I give Dylan a 5 star rating.

Everything went smoothly as usual. I haven't been there since the pandemic started and dreaded going into a crowded place. This dealer is almost always very busy. I was very much impressed with the way they handled everything from cleanliness (with the Covid-19 prevention in mind) and efficiency. Thank you!

Work was performed quickly but shuttle not provided I waited at the dealership for more than one and a half hour, no updates received that my vehicle is ready and when reached to the advisor desk I found that my vehicle is ready and keys were there but advisor was not there then instead the other advisor can check me out he called my advisor. I am coming to this dealership for years but never happened like this .

Was very quick and accomidating in getting the recall needed complete before we were scheduled to go out of town.
