On Tuesday (Dec 22, 2020) I got my appointment and visited McDavid Honda in Frisco at about 9:30 am. My service advisor was Devon Ellis. My Honda Accord 2018 needed oil change and brake fluid change along with the State Inspection. There was also an open recall. Devon took care of the above items. The process took about 3 hours. I found Devon very professional and my experience was hassle free. I will go back there for my future needs.
