Service was provided as requested in a timely manner. I was given information regarding services not needed at this time but should consider having the work done soon. Gives me time to figure out what I can have done and when.

The valet service was awesome and my service advisor is excellent.

The whole experience was satisfactory; from scheduling the maintenance to the moment I picked up my vehicle. It was very nice to hear the scheduler calling me by my name and knowing what vehicles were due for service. Sergio, our service specialist, always treat us with respect, keep us up to date with what is going on during the maintenance, and give us a comprehensive information at the end of the process. Our Service Advisor Eric Delgado has been on top of all our needs like a Chicky Hawk on a Juny Bug. we needed a new battery and then had to have our yearly check up and everything he & the staff did was handled excently, quickly and expeditiously... we rate him and them a 5 start excellent performance rating,

All department good except Finance. Here is the experience. I asked finance guy not to include any warranties during deal.Still he went ahead and added. At the end checked the amount and warranty was added worth $1700.I asked why was it added even though I declined, he said bla bla bla which I did not understand. Now I want to pay it off the loan they are saying honda care cancellation will take 4 - 6 weeks in order for amount to be credited back. Interest is so high that I will have to pay extra amount until honda care cancellation amount is credited back.why I have to pay extra for this.

Excellent service by Devon Ellis. He took the time to explain thoroughly the repairs that my vehicle needed. I also appreciated the availability of a loaner car at no cost. Nelson, the service shuttle driver, very nice person as well!
