Good service

While unfortunately did not inquire length of time for an oil change, even with a scheduled appointment,, I was at the dealership for approximately 1-1/2 hours. In all fairness, I did arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment, thinking it would speed up the process. Guess an hour for an oil change and diagnostic testing wasn't so bad after all. Your remodeling was very impressive. Thanks for additional waiting and comfortable seating areas!

I always select Eric Delgado as my service advisor. He is excellent at providing detail on what services my car needs and explaining why. Additionally, when I arrived this time, he had already looked over my car's history and knew the answer to my questions about the car's prior service immediately without having to go back and review. I am very confident when I schedule service with him that he will be honest about my car's condition. I have used other advisors and they are good, but Eric is definitely the best.

My service experience was excellent. Service advisor Michael Myers was very professional and knowledgeable in facilitating repairs to my Honda Accord. All details of the repair were reviewed and all of my questions addressed. I will continue to seek service from McDavid Honda via Michael Myers!
