Very quick

Great sales process, Bob Kitner was great as always - this is the second car purchase through Bob. I predicate the no pressure sales on warranty and other add ones after I told Bob I wasn’t interested in going through a discussion on this during the financing time. Only issue was the lack of inventory choice for car color desired. It is unfortunate that I have to settle for white or gray and that color choices were sparse and too far out into the future.

Everthing went smooth and felt relaxed, which is great because sometimes buying a car can feel so stressed.

It was a nice experience, Sam was great guy to work with. :)

Tim greeted me right away. My repairs were done quickly.

Took a while but I think that’s just the way car buying is. Very helpful and worked with me so I can get the car I wanted.
