My experience with Honda is always a pleasant and good service.

Eric has been very helpful to address my concerns. Appreciate him take one step further to helping me identify the root cause.

The replacement of my keys was much faster than I was told. Since they always do the inspections for me every time it was fine but the one result was leaking of fluid of my power steering. They explained and said if repair is not done it might be that I lose power steering and the result could be that I can't steer and as well that it could cause a wreck. I agreed and it was done in about 2 hours. I have owned my car for 12 years and I have always gone to David McDavid for the always best results.

I was not told when we dropped off the van that the replacement camera for the recall was not in shock. However 3 out of the 4 recall items were completed at pick up. Five (5) recall items since we bought the brand new van less than a year ago. So far disappointing.

All the employees were friendly from the moment I walked in. I was there to meet Sidney who was very nice. She had cars ready for me to look at when I got there and made sure I left with the car I wanted.

I was told it would take an hour and thirty minutes for my oil change. It only took an hour.
