Our experience was wonderful! I mentioned we would not be able to pick the vehicle up for a couple of days, and Stephen mentioned that to the mechanic, and they were able to complete the work the same day. He explained the issues that were in need of immediate attention, and did not pressure us into anything else needing future attention.

It was great they had a nice waiting area where everyone was spaced out and they were finished before the estimated time.

The majority of the negotiation was done over the internet and I was very pleased with the ease of contact with your salesman and the promptness of his response to our questions. All of our concerns were taken care of and we are very pleased. Buying a new car can be an intimidating experience. There was none of that with this purchase. We were able to find the car we wanted and at a price we budgeted for. Thank you for making this happen.

My tech noticed the previous owner had a maintenance package and let me use it so I didn’t have to pay for my oil change. That’s was pretty cool.
