Vehicle had a dead battery. It took about 1 1/2 hours to repair The CR-V was fixed and delivered back to me when promised. Really quick for a Saturday and no prior appointment.

After a frustrating experience at another dealership in Dallas, we arrived at David McDavid Honda with little hope of finding exactly the car we were looking for. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with respect and shown how a true 5 star dealership treats their customers. Even though we arrived late in the evening (about an hour before closing time), we were never rushed. Our salesman - Hafeez Ashraf - took his time explaining all the features of the car and was patient when we asked to look at complete other models. He stayed long after closing time to make sure that our vehicle was detailed and that we had a great experience. I honestly can't say enough good things about David McDavid. After driving 3 hours to get to Dallas, we left with a car and a great, rewarding experience. Thank you!
