Received excellent service on my Honda CRV. They fixed an AC problem I had which was very unusual. I thought the AC needed more refrigerant, but the unit was not cooling properly becaue of poor airflow. The airflow from the blower was restricted due to a lot of trash inside, placed there by rats - we had a rat problem a couple of months ago. The AC works great now.

Smooth buying experience

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They more than made up for a mistake they made when quoting me a price for a repair the next time I brought my car in for service. They allow me to choose, without pressure, what I want to be done from a free inspection. This allows me to carefully budget what is repaired and when it is repaired. They have remodeled the waiting area and sales floor to provide plenty of space for social distancing and they all wear masks to protect their customers. GREAT job David McDavid Honda Team!
