My service advisor, Sergio Guerra, was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during my visit. He answered all of my questions regarding my services and made my visit easy.

Overall it was a pleasant buying experience. The one complaint I have is that after signing a few documents with the salesman, I waited close to an hour to sign the final documents with the finance manager with no updates from anyone as to what the delay was for. The salesman I was working with left and maybe forgot to tell the next person I was ready to finish. When he finally returned, he asked if I was finished and I told him no, no one had come to get me to finish things up. The staff was overall pleasant but not very apologetic for making me wait over an hour to complete the purchase.
