Tech broke a air pressure sensor while servicing my Ridgeline. It was replaced for free, so no problem except it extended my possible exposure to Covid19 by 30 minutes. Otherwise perfect.

Everyone was so very accomodating in answering all the questions & concerns I had. It was a pre-owned Honda Pilot and a day or two I noticed a part of the trunk hardware to change a flat time was missing and I called and the replacement part was waiting there for me when I got to the dealership. Special recognition to Ryan Thompson who was very thorough in helping me to connect our cell phones to the vehicle and follow up on several other items.
