Car was in and out quickly

Wheel alignment after new four tires replaced was not do right at the first time. The second time I bring the car back to complaint but nothing do better because my tech adviser is on vacation. The third time I bring my car back again to complaint and this time the alignment is fixed good. Everytime taking 2 hours waiting.
