Because of the pandemic I wanted my new car delivered to my home. The entire leasing process was handled very nicely via phone an email. Ca was delivered when promised. Absolutely no complaints,

Service attendant was great, service work done very well. The only complaint was the car wash. This service is very nice--but when we returned home we saw soap spots all over our CR-V! We had to wash it over at a different place. This is not the first time. Along with your great "new look" and new waiting area, we recommend that your car wash facility be updated.

Everything went as expected

Excellent service - really felt like the service folks were trying hard to solve our problem without trying to up-sell us. Thanks we really appreciate that type of service.

Tony did a great job

Mike Myers was concise - helped detail everything form me in simple terms, was friendly and gave me suggestions appropriate to my situation. Thanks a lot, Mike!

Air conditioning went out, I called and they got me in early Monday morning. My agent was there and came right out. Loaned me a car for the day as it was time for service as well. Kept me up dated and let me know when car was ready. Was very pleased with the outcome. Tony is great, very courteous, pleasant young man.

Recently purchased a car at McDavid Honda of Frisco. Process went very smooth beginning with a phone conversation with Mohammad Masud. We scheduled a time with Mohammad for a test drive and the car was ready for us when we arrived. We loved the car and after further discussions with Mohammad with decided to purchase the car. This is our second car purchased from McDavid of Frisco with Mohammad being our wonderful salesperson both times. We highly recommend McDavid Honda of Frisco

Sidney Briscoe and Mo Khalaf have been exceptional. It started awful with the other agents but these 2 took care of it

Prompt . Good work
