The entire purchase was done over the phone and online. I knew exactly what I wanted and Sidney didn't give up until she found it for me and a fair price. The only difficulty came in dealing with finance. There shouldn't be any bumps in the road when paying cash for a vehicle. Improving staffing in the finance department would serve uour customers well.
