Dillan was awesome. I appreciated his sincere calm professional manner. He immediately followed up with a text message after I sat down, stayed on top of the status of my car and did all of the double checks plus some that I asked. I am totally OCD about my car. I have always loved the customer service at this Honda dealership service department. Even with employee turn over that happens, the staff is top notch quality. This is one reason I haven't switched to Jeep or Mercedes. The service department makes repairs and maintenance too easy and smooth for me to leave. I may just end up with another Honda.
