The entire team was great!

I would give five stars, but I am having to bring my car back in due a warning light that has started coming on since my visit. However, Ivan the Service Advisor was awesome.

Mike Myers did an outstanding job of squeezing my auto in for a state inspection in an already jam packed schedule. Thank you Mike for the outstanding service and understanding the urgency of my situation.

Excellent!

Excellent service. Very professional. Love the lobby area even under construction!

Tony was awesome and really worked with my insurance on the claim to get my car back as soon quickly

I love David McDavid. I bring my car 20 miles when there is a dealership only one mile away, because I know they will always take care of me and my car.

Good prompt service by service advisor Tyler Anderson

Although the David McDavid Honda Frisco building in being remodeled, there was nothing inconvenient to the quality treatment I received from their customer service as exhibited by Tyler. He ensured that the vehicle was serviced promptly, that no recalls were un-attended and at the end, took time to go over some maintenance items worth noting. I always have the option of taking my car that is 10 years old and already paid off elsewhere, there is a reason I keep coming back to David McDavid for service.

Ivan is very good service guy. Very pleasant
