Sergio provided customer service that was very professional and excellent in every way.

I had a flat tire that could have been repaired but the mechanic refused to do it, so I had to take it to Firestone to repair. He wanted to sell me a new tire, would not even consider my request to fix the flat normally, it was a repairable tire, no doubt about it, Firestone did it. I am not considering returning to you for repairs in view of my experience. I gave you five stars because I did not want to lower your score. Sorry.

Sergio Guerra has always been exceptional in my Honda Service needs. He has great respect towards his clients and values their time while getting service done. His recommendations are spot on and very relevant to the problem, could be electrical, fluids, tires, brakes etc. Recently, I got my "Starter" problem fixed and Sergio deserves a shout out for that.
