I appreciate the overall handling of the vehicle from drop off to pick up except one problem. I was visiting the scheduled appointment for recall service on my CR-V. I know that there is a complimentary water service to every vehicle, however, I found that the dirt is not removed from the vehicle at some places like roof and front door. I doubt this is common.

My experience with McDavid Honda is always excellent, the service begins with the service personnel (Tim) greeting you and making sure to accomodate you with either courtesy car ride to work or the if you want to wait at the dealership, the coffee is hot and within 30 minutes I received a text explaining what needs to be done and the breakdown of charges, and carwash. I will continue to be a customer of McDavid Honda for all the reasons listed.
